A licensee holding a current inactive license may activate the license by submitting a new license application with the applicable fee, relying on the inactive license to serve as evidence to meet the Board’s experience and ability requirements. Please note: The new application must be the same as the inactive license held, i.e. an inactive individual unlimited licensee must submit a new individual unlimited application. In addition, unless otherwise exempt, Continuing Education requirements must be met.
