Renewals received December 1-31 will incur a $50.00 late fee. All renewals must be completed by 11:59pm on December 31st. Printed renewals must be post marked no later than December 31st. After this date, your license is deemed expired and an expired application would be needed (which includes additional fees).
Your continuing education DOES NOT have to be complete in order to complete your renewal. However, CE (unless otherwise exempt) must be completed before your renewal license can be issued.
License Renewals Begin October 1st.
Online Renewals are available until midnight on December 31st.
Renew BEFORE November 30th to avoid the Late Fee.
Licenses Have a New Look for 2024
Beginning with licenses issued for the 2024 licensure year, wallet cards and license certificates will no longer be printed and mailed by the Board. Once a renewal application is processed and approved, licensees will be sent a notification email containing a link to the Online Services login page where they will login to the Dashboard to access a printable wallet card and license certificate. This access to a printable wallet card and license certificate will only be available for ONE PRINTING.
Additionally, a follow-up email will be sent that will provide links to download a digital wallet card to either your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to be used on your mobile device. No more losing your card!
All licensees under the age of 60 as of October 1, 2023
(individual renewal applicants and/or the designated qualifying representative for corporate renewal applicants)
must have completed six (6) credit hours of continuing education before a 2024 license will be issued.
It's not too late to complete your continuing education. Complete your renewal application NOW.
Then comeback and click here for more information about CE courses available.
Licensees submitting a renewal application for the first time are not required to complete continuing education.
