It is a Class C Felony for anyone to use an image or facsimile of the Great Seal of the State of Alabama for any commercial purpose. (Ala. Code s. 13A-10-13.) The HBLB logo contains the Great Seal within its design. Therefore, use of the HBLB logo is strictly prohibited and is punishable as a Class C Felony.
